Refund and Cancellation Policy for ZenXpod Technologies

1. Introduction

This refund and cancellation policy (“Policy”) applies to the customers (“you”, “your”) who purchase or use our information technology services (“IT Services”) or our ecommerce products (“Products”) through our website, www.zenxpod.tech, or any other platform or channel that we may use to offer our services and products (“Website”). By purchasing or using our IT Services or Products, you agree to be bound by this Policy. If you do not agree with this Policy, you should not purchase or use our IT Services or Products.

2. IT Services

We provide a range of IT Services, including but not limited to:

  • IT consulting and advisory
  • IT project management and implementation
  • IT support and maintenance
  • IT security and compliance
  • IT training and education
  • IT cloud and hosting

The specific IT Services that we will provide to you will be agreed upon in a separate service agreement, quotation, proposal, or order form (“Service Agreement”) that will be signed by both parties. The Service Agreement will specify the scope, deliverables, fees, payment terms, and other details of the IT Services.

3. Products

We offer a variety of ecommerce products, including but not limited to:

The specific Products that we will provide to you will be displayed on our Website, along with their prices, descriptions, specifications, and availability. You can place an order for the Products by following the instructions on our Website. You will receive an order confirmation email from us once your order is accepted and processed.

4. Refunds and Cancellations for IT Services

You can cancel your IT Services and request a refund within 7 days of signing the Service Agreement, unless otherwise agreed in the Service Agreement. To cancel your IT Services and request a refund, you must send us a written notice by email to support@zenxpod.tech, stating your name, contact details, service details, and reason for cancellation. We will process your cancellation and refund request within 14 days of receiving your notice. We will issue the refund to the same payment method that you used to pay for the IT Services.

If you cancel your IT Services after 7 days of signing the Service Agreement, you will not be eligible for a refund, unless otherwise agreed in the Service Agreement. However, you may terminate the Service Agreement at any time by giving us 30 days’ written notice, subject to the payment of any outstanding fees or charges for the IT Services provided up to the date of termination.

We reserve the right to cancel your IT Services and issue a refund to you at any time, if:

  • We are unable to provide the IT Services due to unforeseen circumstances or force majeure events, such as natural disasters, war, terrorism, strikes, riots, or government actions
  • We suspect or discover that you have breached any of the terms and conditions of the Service Agreement or this Policy
  • We deem that the IT Services are no longer suitable or beneficial for you or us

We will notify you of the cancellation and refund by email, and we will process the refund within 14 days of the cancellation. We will issue the refund to the same payment method that you used to pay for the IT Services.

5. Refunds and Cancellations for Products

You can cancel your order for the Products and request a refund within 24 hours of placing the order, unless the order has already been shipped or delivered. To cancel your order and request a refund, you must send us a written notice by email to support@zenxpod.tech, stating your name, contact details, order number, and reason for cancellation. We will process your cancellation and refund request within 14 days of receiving your notice. We will issue the refund to the same payment method that you used to pay for the Products.

You can return the Products and request a refund or a replacement within 15 days of receiving the Products, if:

  • The Products are damaged, defective, or faulty
  • The Products are not as described or shown on our Website
  • The Products are not fit for the purpose that you intended

To return the Products and request a refund or a replacement, you must send us a written notice by email to support@zenxpod.tech, stating your name, contact details, order number, product details, and reason for return. We will provide you with a return authorization number and a return address. You must pack the Products securely and include a copy of the original invoice and the return authorization number. You must ship the Products back to us within 7 days of receiving the return authorization number. You are responsible for the shipping cost and the risk of loss or damage of the Products during transit.

We will inspect the returned Products and process your refund or replacement request within 14 days of receiving the Products. We will issue the refund or send the replacement to the same payment method or address that you used to pay for or receive the Products.

Some Products are not eligible for return, refund, or replacement, such as:

  • Perishable or consumable products, such as food, beverages, flowers, or cosmetics
  • Customized or personalized products, such as engraved, embroidered, or printed products
  • Digital products, such as software, ebooks, or online courses
  • Gift cards or vouchers
  • Products that have been used, worn, washed, or altered

We will indicate on our Website if a Product is not eligible for return, refund, or replacement. You should check the Product description carefully before placing an order.

We reserve the right to reject your return, refund, or replacement request, if:

  • You do not have a valid proof of purchase, such as an invoice, receipt, or order confirmation email
  • You do not have a return authorization number
  • You do not return the Products within the specified time period
  • You do not return the Products in their original condition, packaging, and with all accessories and labels
  • You have damaged or misused the Products
  • You have breached any of the terms and conditions of this Policy

We will notify you of the rejection and the reason by email. You can choose to have the Products sent back to you at your own cost, or we will dispose of the Products after 30 days of the rejection.

We may update or modify this Policy at any time and without prior notice, to reflect changes in our IT Services, Products, or business practices. We will post the updated or modified Policy on our Website and indicate the date of the last revision. We encourage you to review this Policy periodically to stay informed of our refund and cancellation practices. Your continued purchase or use of our IT Services or Products after the changes to this Policy will constitute your acceptance of the changes.
